Interest Rate
- 1.25% P.M (Reducing Rate Of Interest)
Conditions
- Must be a Member of the Society
- Share Money & Compulsory Deposit (CD) should be 10% each of the total Loan Amount.
- 2 Guarantors (Both the Guarantors should be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter).
Documents Required
- Photo ID Proof (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card etc.)
- Address Proof (Water/Electricity Bill Compulsory)
- Passport Size Photos (2 Latest)
- Income Proof (3 Months Payslip / Bank Statement)
- CTS Cheques (3 Blank Signatured AC Payee Cheques)
Loan Tenure and Charges
- Loan Tenure will be minimum 12 months & maximum of 48 Months.
- Processing Charges of 2% of the Loan Amount.
- Non Payment of EMI will incur 1.50% Penalty Interest.
